Feedback Filter is a subscription that is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime.

Not everyone wants to leave a bad public review, but they do want to know their feedback will be heard.

Feedback Filter helps customers leave private negative feedback and helps you and your management team get visibility of negative feedback BEFORE it is posted online for all to see. 

Adding a Feedback Filter to your review card or sign will dramatically reduce the number of 1-3 star reviews posted online and provide you with instant feedback from unhappy customers.

The filter works by helping people who would potentially leave a 1, 2 or 3 star review, communicate their issues directly with a senior manager rather than posting it online for all to see.

Feedback Filter Questions and Answers

How does it work?

When the customer taps your card or sign, they are directed to your Feedback Filter. It asks how many stars they are going to give your business.

If they click 1, 2 or 3 stars, they are offered a feedback request form to complete which is then sent to an email address of your choice when they submit it.

If the customer chooses 4 or 5 stars, they are directed straight to your review page where they can leave their review online as normal.

How do I add Feedback Filter to my review card or sign?

When you are buying your review products, simply add a Feedback Filter subscription to your basket (1 for each business) and check out as normal. Once you have purchased your items, we will contact you directly to complete a 'done for you' setup.

I already have a review product from yourselves, can I add a Feedback Filter subscription?

Yes absolutely, if you already have a product from us, just purchase a Feedback Filter subscription and we will add it to your existing products.

When I buy a Feedback Filter subscription, how do I set it up?

This is the easy bit! You don't have to do anything, we call you and discuss your set up and then build Feedback Filter specifically for you. 

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime and we will remove your Feedback filter from your review products at the end of your 30 day subscription period.

I have multiple locations how many subscriptions do I need?

You will need one subscription per location.

I have multiple businesses. How do I order multiple cards? 

Simply add each business as an individual product to the basket, entering one Google Business name and postcode for each product added.

I want to order a bigger volume of cards, can you help?

Yes, we can create bespoke quotations for companies who want several cards, different design options or a combination of both.
